Lithia & Driveway is seeking an Internet Sales Representative at L0457 Kia of Round Rock in Round Rock, TX. The role is full-time, onsite, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer purchasing experience and building lasting relationships through internet and portfolio leads.

You will greet customers, present vehicles, schedule demos, develop new business, and enter details into the CRM. A driven, service‑minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment will excel here.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales.
• Excellent customer service and engagement.
• Working knowledge of computers and technology.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted department goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide professional product presentations to all customers.
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration ride(s).
• Develop and prospect new business.
• Gather customer contact and interest information from new or prospective customers and accurately enter in the CRM.
• Utilize the Salesperson Daily Work Plan to follow-up with prospective customers and maintain relationships with current customers ensuring their needs are met.
• Schedule customer appointments daily.
• Assist customer during write up process ensuring it is a non-confrontational experience.
• Develop knowledge of product information, current sales pricing and manufacturer promotions.
• Attend and participate in daily sales and training meetings.
• Practice skills daily including customer service and interaction, product presentation, product knowledge and phone communication.
• Upon sale, introduce customer to Service department following Sales 2 Service process.
