• 2+ years sales experience expected.
• 3+ years mathematics ability for basic calculations.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.

Responsabilités

• Manage Internet Sales Consultants and ensure department meets guidelines.
• Answer all calls and chat requests within 10 seconds.
• Respond to emails with rapid phone follow-ups and price quotes within 10 minutes.
• Convert sales opportunities to confirmed appointments or referrals.
• Speak with at least 75% of all assigned leads.
• Set 60% show rate for appointments and maintain it.
