Job summary

Cavender Auto Family is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team and help Make Confidence Happen daily. You will greet customers, guide them through the sales process, present vehicle options, and handle financing with CRM support.

We offer strong earning potential with a $2,500 monthly guaranteed pay for the first 90 days plus commissions, plus benefits and ongoing training to promote career growth within the dealership.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communications skills are required.
• Proven track record of positive customer service results with a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers to identify vehicle needs and guide them through the sales process.
• Present new and used vehicles with a high level of knowledge and professionalism.
• Use the CRM to track all customer interactions.
• Present deal structures and potential financing options to customers.
• Follow up with customers to maintain high satisfaction.
• Complete training modules to stay up-to-date on vehicles and features.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Arrange delivery and registration of vehicles.
• Develop business by contacting prospects via phone and email.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing

• Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions
• Present customer deal structure and additional finance products
• Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Complete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.

Here Is What You Will Need

• Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred
• Strong communications skills.
• Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude.
• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license
