Cavender Ford in Norman, OK, part of Cavender Auto Family, is seeking an Internet Sales representative to engage customers by phone and online, answer questions about vehicles, and convert inquiries into appointments. You will follow up on web leads, manage CRM records, and work with a team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in automotive sales or internet sales is a plus.
• Ability to handle calls, emails, and live chats professionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Attract potential clients and retain clientele by answering product and service questions via phone/internet.
• Follow up on internet leads and showroom traffic with outbound calls.
• Handle inbound calls from sales customers.
• Schedule appointments based on customer needs.
• Communicate clearly to leave customers informed.
• Document and update customer records in the CRM.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and referrals.

Here is what you will be doing:

• Answer all customer calls promptly and professionally
• Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via phone and/or internet
• Outbound calls following up with internet leads and unsold showroom traffic
• Inbound calls from sales customers
• Determine customer's primary concern and schedule the necessary appointment
• Communicate with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services and needs of the dealerships
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Work as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity

Here is what you will need:

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license
