You will build strong teams, develop talent, and optimize processes to scale results across the internet sales operation.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive Internet Sales, BDC, e-commerce, or Sales leadership experience within a franchise dealership.
• Ability to build and coach high-performing teams; develop talent and processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Internet Sales team.
• Drive lead conversion, appointments, showroom traffic, and vehicle sales.
• Establish expectations and accountability around lead management and follow-up.
• Monitor CRM activity and KPIs to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Recruit, train and develop sales professionals; partner with Sales, F&I, Marketing, leadership to maximize performance.
