Job summary

Hyundai of New Port Richey is seeking an experienced Internet Sales Manager to lead our digital sales operation and elevate an already successful store. You will head the Internet Sales and BDC teams, drive leads, set appointments, and ensure a superior customer experience across channels.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, partner with marketing and Sales/FI leadership, and analyze KPIs to propel growth in a fast-paced, high-volume environment at our Florida dealership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Internet Sales/BDC teams in a franchise dealership.
• Proven track record driving appointments, lead conversions and sales results.
• Strong coaching, training, and team development abilities.
• Experience using CRM and lead-management tools to improve performance.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Internet Sales and BDC team.
• Drive lead conversion, appointment-setting, showroom traffic and sales results.
• Ensure timely follow-up on internet, phone, text, chat, and third-party leads.
• Maintain CRM accountability and monitor lead-management performance.
• Analyze KPIs such as conversion rates, show rates and closing ratios.
• Collaborate with Sales and F&I leadership to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members to hit goals.
• Partner with marketing to maximize lead generation and digital performance.
• Monitor online reputation and CSI results; prepare leadership reports.
