You will engage with online leads, present vehicle options, and guide customers through the purchase process, coordinating with the in-store sales team and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales or Internet experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to set and achieve goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and computer proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Engage with online leads, phone inquiries, and existing customers.
• Build relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process.
• Present vehicle options, features, and benefits tailored to each customer.
• Schedule appointments and ensure seamless hand-offs to the in-store sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Stay current on product knowledge and dealership promotions.
