Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High accuracy data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or customer management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via internet, phone, text, email and chat promptly.
• Provide vehicle information, inventory status, pricing or incentives as appropriate.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments and no-shows.
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the CRM.
• Perform outbound follow-up on leads and past customers.
• Use approved templates to ensure consistent customer experiences.
