Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Internet Sales Coordinator in Morrisville, NC to generate and manage an online sales pipeline. You will convert inquiries into qualified leads, respond via email, chat, and phone, and support customers through financing options and incentives while coordinating with marketing to present up-to-date product offerings.

Ideal candidates have sales experience (bonus for real estate exposure), strong communication and organization skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, with preference for telephone and real estate experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Capture and convert online inquiries into viable sales prospects.
• Provide prompt communication via email, live chat, phone and 1-800 numbers.
• Maintain and update digital and community reference materials.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including products, financing, and incentives.
• Manage an Internet customer database and inventory outreach.
• Coordinate with Marketing for electronic marketing distribution and product offerings.
• Attend sales meetings, community events, and training; weekend hours may be required.
