Job Duties

• Act as the essential communications link between the client and the dealership
• Receive inbound and make outbound sales calls
• Monitor leads for all departments and ensure that they have been answered within a timely manner (20 minutes for first response)
• Monitor and verify website inventory is being properly merchandised on individual websites as well as on other lead provider websites (Autotrader, Cars.com, Craigslist)
• Social media management, monitor your store's posting on Facebook and Twitter, post common articles utilizing Hoot Suite
• Provide monthly campaign reporting for the marketing campaigns
• Point of contact for CRM tool and educate personnel on how to enter new employees into the system
