Group 1 Automotive, a Fortune 250 leader in automotive retail, seeks a Business Development Center (BDC) Agent/Internet Sales to join Toyota of North Austin. You will handle inbound leads, reach out to existing customers, and build a strong sales pipeline with networking and referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto dealership Internet or BDC is a plus.
• Proven sales experience and strong communication skills.
• Customer service mindset with a positive attitude.
• Solid working knowledge of the Internet and online tools.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound sales leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact.
• Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve loyalty.
• Develop pipeline of sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques.
• Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends.
• Communicate industry news to management and dealership employees.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
