Job summary

Car Lux Inc. in Lennox, CA is seeking an Internet Sales / BDC Representative to respond quickly to online inquiries and schedule dealership visits. This full-time, on-site role targets fast, organized individuals who can manage multiple channels and data in the CRM.

You will work weekends, maintain professional communication, and help customers obtain pricing or financing details by routing them to the appropriate Sales team member. Health benefits and training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive BDC or call center.
• Clear, professional phone and text communication.
• Familiar with CRM and multitasking on a computer.
• Reliable, organized, and good at follow-through.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Able to work weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads within minutes using our call, voicemail, and text follow-up process.
• Set qualified appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
• Transfer customers asking about out-the-door pricing or financing to a Sales Representative right away.
• Follow up to confirm Sales contacted the customer, and escalate to management if they didn't.
• Log all calls, texts, and appointments accurately in the CRM.
• Meet daily goals for response time, contacts, and appointments set.

Pay: $18-$20/hour plus monthly bonuses.

About the Role

Car Lux is looking for a fast, organized BDC Representative to respond to internet leads and set appointments for our sales team. Your main goal is to get customers into the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Contact new internet leads within minutes using our call, voicemail, and text follow-up process.
• Set qualified appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
• Transfer customers asking about out-the-door pricing or financing to a Sales Representative right away.
