Car Lux Inc. is seeking an Internet Sales / BDC Representative in Lennox, CA to respond to internet leads and set appointments for the sales team. This full-time, on-site role offers hourly pay with bonuses and room for growth.

Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and comfortable using a CRM; bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred, and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive BDC, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Clear, professional phone and text communication.
• Comfortable using a CRM and multitasking on a computer.
• Reliable, organized, and good at follow-through.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Able to work weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Contact new internet leads within minutes using our call, voicemail, and text follow-up process.
• Set qualified appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
• Transfer customers asking about out-the-door pricing or financing to a Sales Representative right away.
• Follow up to confirm Sales contacted the customer, and escalades to management if they didn't.
• Log all calls, texts, and appointments accurately in the CRM.
• Meet daily goals for response time, contacts, and appointments set.

About the Role

Car Lux is looking for a fast, organized BDC Representative to respond to internet leads and set appointments for our sales team. Your main goal is to get customers into the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Contact new internet leads within minutes using our call, voicemail, and text follow-up process.
• Set qualified appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
