Job summary

All American Chevrolet Cadillac is seeking a dynamic Internet Sales and BDC Director to unite digital lead management with showroom sales and elevate our revenue engine. You will coach BDC agents, optimize CRM workflows, and lead multi-channel cadences to grow appointments and conversions.

As a CRM expert with automotive experience, you will partner with floor sales to improve follow-up, implement personalized video strategies, and ensure fair lead allocation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven success as a BDC Manager, Internet Sales Director, or Digital Operations Manager in an automotive dealership.
• Proficient with major automotive CRMs and vendor technologies, with the ability to leverage reporting to help teams improve.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and build a unified digital culture.
• Deep understanding of dealership KPIs (lead-to-appointment, show rates, closing ratios) and coaching to hit them.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the BDC; hit targets for lead-to-appointment and show rates.
• Design CRM workflows and multi-channel cadences (phone, text, email); create effective phone scripts.
• Conduct daily coaching sessions; review communications to improve contact rates and objections handling.
• Partner with Sales Managers to track un-sold internet traffic and execute Be-Back campaigns.
