Job summary

All American Chevrolet Cadillac in the United States seeks an Internet Sales and BDC Director to unite digital lead management and showroom sales into a high-performing revenue engine. You will head a dedicated BDC focused on rapid response and booking high-quality showroom appointments, while partnering with the floor team to elevate digital follow-up and CRM engagement.

You will coach teams, design collaborative workflows, and lead the dealership's video outreach strategy to turn digital leads

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven success as a BDC Manager, Internet Sales Director, or Digital Operations Manager in an automotive dealership.
• Proficient with major automotive CRMs and vendor technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across departments, motivate salespeople, and build a unified digital culture.
• Deep understanding of KPIs (Set Rates, Show Rates, Closing Ratios) and coaching to hit them.

Responsibilities

• BDC Leadership & Strategy (60%): Oversee the daily BDC operations and targets for lead-to-appointment and show rates.
• Process Design: Create CRM workflows and multi-channel cadences (phone, text, email) and phone scripts.
• Coaching & Development: Conduct daily coaching sessions with BDC agents to improve objections handling and contact rates.
• Vendor & Lead Management: Monitor third-party leads, website chat tools, and digital marketing alignment.
• Sales Floor Collaboration & Digital Enablement (40%): Partner with floor team to ensure premium lead handling and accurate CRM follow-ups.
• Elevate Video Outreach: Drive personalized video walkarounds and train reps to build trust with digital prospects.
