Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with VinSolutions or similar CRM platforms; social media and email marketing exp. required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Internet Sales/BDC operations and daily activities.
• Ensure prompt, professional responses to internet leads and inquiries.
• Coach and train BDC team on communication and appointment setting.
• Monitor CRM activity, KPIs, and lead quality; optimize ROI.
• Develop email marketing, website content, and social media campaigns.
• Manage dealership social media presence and content calendar.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to convert leads into appointments and sales.
