Job summary

Napleton Downtown Chicago is seeking a Business Development Center representative to engage customers, qualify leads, and schedule showroom appointments. You will work closely with Sales Client Advisors and dealership staff in a fast-paced environment, leveraging persuasive communication to build value for clients in various stages of the car buying process.

Compensation includes hourly pay plus monthly commission/bonus and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

Experience in customer-facing sales or telemarketing is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and handle multiple client interactions daily.

Responsibilities

Handle customer contacts, follow‑up, new business development and existing customer retention.
Receive and promptly respond to inbound sales calls and internet inquiries.
Identify client needs and schedule appointments for the sales department.
Place outbound calls and emails to potential and existing clientele.
Ensure client concerns are addressed prior to the appointment date (pricing, availability, equipment).
Contact clients prior to their appointment to confirm details.
Data mining and prospecting for sales opportunities.
Execute follow‑ups to gauge customer satisfaction and progress.
