Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and administer Internet Banking platforms and staff support.
• Provide admin and technical support to IB customers and AmeriServ staff.
• Monitor onboarding workflow for the IB platforms and ensure fast, user-friendly setup.
• Support IB transaction monitoring, disputes, and fraud detection as needed.
• Create and update procedures, policies, and user guides for IB systems.
• Coordinate vendor updates and lead the IB Change Management Committee.
• Produce periodic reports and perform day-to-day IB system tasks.
• Collaborate with ADS and Marketing on platform enhancements and communications.
