You will provide administrative and technical support to customers and AmeriServ staff, maintaining knowledge of systems and features. The role emphasizes onboarding workflow monitoring, fraud detection support, and collaboration to improve platform communications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of internet banking support experience or closely related banking support.
• Strong customer service background.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and assist customers/employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of consumer and business IB systems.
• Provide admin and technical support to customers and AmeriServ staff.
• Monitor onboarding workflows for the IB platforms.
• Assist with IB disputes and fraud detection as needed.
• Create and update procedures, policies, user guides and manuals.
