Job summary

Amerant Bank is seeking a Banking Specialist IV to deliver teller and platform transactions, manage lobby activity, and support mobile and online banking. You will educate customers on consumer and small business products and uncover their needs.

As part of the team, you will open new accounts, review activity for compliance, assist with ATM operations, and promote digital channels while meeting sales goals and delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years' experience in bank sales and service.
• English required; second language helpful.
• Ability to work across multiple banking centers.
• Knowledge of consumer and small business banking products.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and cashier's checks.
• Open new accounts and perform maintenance on platform systems including debit card issuance.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and other regulatory requirements.
• Support digital channels and educate customers on mobile and online banking.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through relationship building.
