Lia Honda Kingston is seeking an Experienced Internet Sales/BD Center Agent to join the team in Kingston, NY. The role offers a compensation range of $40K-$55K+ with additional benefits and a focus on building client relationships.

You will handle internet and phone leads, schedule appointments, and coordinate with BDC, sales, and management while using the CRM daily to track activity and follow up with potential buyers.

Formación

• Willing to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Organized and ambitious self starter with enthusiastic personality.
• Prompt and courteous.
• Prior experience is preferred.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, text and face-to-face.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Answer internet and phone leads and maintain follow up until appointment is made.
• Reach out to missed appointments.
• Collaborate with BDC, sales, and management to streamline the process.
• Work within the CRM daily.
• Answer product knowledge and current specials questions.
• Set appointments.
• Follow up with customers who have already visited to assist in search.
