Lia Hyundai Albany, part of Lia Auto Group, is seeking an Internet Sales/Business Development Center Agent to join our team in Albany, NY. The position offers a compensation range of $40K-$65K+ with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Ideal candidates are organized self-starters with excellent communication skills, and a clean driver's license. Evening and Saturday availability is required to service customer needs across channels.

Qualifications

• Willing to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Willing to train the right candidate.
• Must have clean and valid driver's license.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, text and in person.

Responsibilities

• Answer internet and phone leads and maintain follow up until appointment is made.
• Reach out to missed appointments and reschedule.
• Coordinate with BDC, sales, and management to streamline customer process.
• Work within the CRM daily and manage customer inquiries.
• Answer product questions and communicate current specials.
• Set appointments and follow up with customers after visits.
