Qualifications

• Willing to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Experience in internet sales/BDC preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Clean and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Answer internet and phone leads and follow up until appointment is made.
• Reach out to missed appointments to close sales.
• Coordinate with BDC, sales and management and maintain clear communication.
• Use CRM daily to track activity and results.
• Answer product questions and explain current specials.
• Set appointments with customers and follow up post-visit.
