Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to assist travelers at the airport. You will conduct electronic check-in for international travel, verify documents, and assign seats to ensure smooth boarding.

Responsibilities include managing boarding passes, matching manifests, communicating with passengers, and coordinating with airlines and ground handlers. A strong customer service mindset and reliable physical ability are essential for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver's license and FAA/Airport IDs or authorizations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for long periods.
• Push, pull, lift and load up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Electronic check-in of passengers for international travel.
• Verification of documents for international and domestic flights.
• Assign passenger seats.
• Ensure correct boarding passes are provided to each passenger for the assigned flight.
• Verify ticket and seat reservations.
• Match manifest to on-board count.
• Announce arrivals and departures as necessary.
• Provide information to passengers/customers as requested.
• Connect/disconnect Jetway/stairs as necessary.
• Assist with baggage tagging and baggage claim reports.
• Maintain current knowledge of all flight times during designated shift.
• Maintain liaison with Airlines, Customer Service Representatives and Ground Handlers.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
