Total Quality Logistics is seeking an International Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to International Sales Executives. You will help manage day-to-day account activities and ensure an outstanding customer and prospect experience across the ISE Team.

Responsibilities include arranging travel for customer visits, scheduling meetings, logging interactions, organizing quotes, tracking the pipeline, and assisting with time management and open office coordination.

Responsibilities

• Audit quotes for compliance and monitor portal submissions to ensure timely responses.
