Step Ahead Recruitment Ltd. is seeking three Sales Representatives for the Polymers & Resins division in Livingston, New Jersey. This hybrid role offers a base salary range of $85,000–$120,000 with a focus on international business development.

You will build relationships across Europe, Mexico and the Americas, travel internationally as the territory grows, and collaborate with marketing, logistics and finance to close deals.

Qualifications

• B2B sales, account management or business-development experience.
• Ideally 3+ commercial experience, though strong candidates with 1–2 years will be considered.
• Experience in chemicals, plastics, polymers, resins or related industrial raw materials.
• Strong prospecting, market-research and commercial-analysis skills.
• Willingness to undertake international travel.

Responsibilities

• Research international markets and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Prospect and develop relationships with manufacturers, end users and distribution partners.
• Generate new business across Europe, Mexico, Central and South America.
• Develop market-entry and sales strategies for target countries.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through pricing, negotiation and contract execution.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis.
• Recommend pricing and commercial strategies.
• Work closely with marketing, technical service, customer service, logistics and finance.
• Manage customer relationships and maintain accurate activity within the CRM.
• Travel internationally to meet customers as the territory develops.
