Job summary

Sirius Staffing is seeking an Export Sales Representative II for Livingston, NJ. This role focuses on international business development, customer growth, market analysis, and sales execution in polyolefins, polymers, plastics, or related industries.

The candidate will manage the full sales cycle, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and support trade compliance and logistics. Hybrid work arrangement is available, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of international sales, business development, or market analysis experience.
• Polyolefins, polymers, plastics, petrochemical, or chemical industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with new business development, pricing, negotiations, forecasting, and account management.
• Knowledge of international trade, logistics, Incoterms, or export documentation preferred.
• CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international sales strategies to drive revenue and market growth.
• Identify and develop new customers, markets, distributors, and business opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and quotations through contracts, shipment, payment, and follow-up.
• Monitor global market conditions, pricing trends, supply and demand, feedstock costs, and competitor activity.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, credit terms, and sales agreements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, market intelligence, and pricing/margin analysis.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Supply Chain, Credit, Product, and Technical teams.
• Support customers with product selection, technical needs, complaints, and service issues.
• Maintain CRM records and accurate sales activity information.
• Support international trade compliance, Incoterms, shipping documentation, and REACH requirements.
• Assist with Mexico terminal and bonded warehouse inventory and sales management.
