Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of international sales/business development/market analysis experience in polyolefins, polymers, plastics, or petrochemicals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, Finance, or related field; MBA, chemical engineering, and/or polymer science preferred.
• Ability to coordinate, facilitate, and mediate solutions to customer inquiries, regulatory agencies, or business community members.
• Ability to present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
• Ability to read economic information and publications related to the industry and market.
• CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international sales strategies for growth and business/product development; monitor market conditions and opportunities.
• Identify and develop new markets, customers, strategic partners, products, and opportunities in international markets; conduct market research.
• Develop and sustain high-quality customer relationships and coordinate internally to implement expectations and Formosa Brand.
• Research market intelligence and coordinate pricing, sales, and marketing planning with customers and technical service.
• Coordinate price adjustments, payment discrepancies, and after-sales service; manage non-prime inventory as needed.
• Ensure REACH compliance and stay updated on international trade regulations, shipping, Incoterms, and documentation.
• Forecast and manage Mexico terminal and bonded warehouse inventory/sales; provide market intelligence for deployment.
