Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience, preferably in supply chain or procurement.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Proficiency with general office equipment (scanner, etc).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Spanish speaking required.

Responsibilities

• PO creation and processing of documentation and payables.
• Assists buyers in tracking and tracing of orders.
• Maintains frequent communication with suppliers to ensure efficiencies in information gathering.
• Assists in developing reports and compiling market information for trades.
• Assists in processing reports, documents, and purchases in a timely manner.
• Assists in cost/rate retrieval for international freight lanes.
• Coordinates with internal teams to deliver international documentation for orders.
• Collaborates across sales, logistics, and purchasing.
• Participates in assigned special projects.
• Contributes to team success by meeting individual goals and supporting team objectives.
