UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound purchases within the International Purchasing Department.

You will work with buyers, mills, and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and exceptional service, with occasional direct customer contact to resolve issues and drive sales opportunities. The role requires coordinating with suppliers, developing reports, and handling international documentation.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years in supply chain or procurement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Spanish speaking required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Create and process POs and related documents.
• Assist buyers in tracking orders.
• Communicate with suppliers to gather information.
• Develop reports on trades and market information.
• Process reports and purchases in a timely manner.
• Assist with international freight cost/rate data retrieval.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics and purchasing.
• Support special projects and team goals.
• Perform other duties as required.
