Job summary

UFP Industries, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to manage processing, tracking, and admin duties for inbound and outbound purchases within the International Purchasing Department.

You will work closely with buyers and mills and other internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and exceptional service, with potential direct customer contact to resolve issues and drive sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Spanish speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Create and process purchase orders and related documentation.
• Assist buyers in tracking and tracing orders.
• Communicate with suppliers to gather information efficiently.
• Help develop reports and compile market information.
• Support international freight documentation and cost data.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics and purchasing.
• Participate in special projects and team initiatives.
• Ensure timely completion of duties and accuracy.
