UFP Industries, Inc is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support customers and account managers, maintain frequent communication, troubleshoot problems, and manage international orders. This role ensures smooth communication, accurate order processing, and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma, 2+ years in customer service, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Spanish speaking is required. Based in Miami, FL.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school graduate
• 2+ years of experience, preferably in customer service
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Spanish speaking required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintains frequent communication with customer base and gathers information to ensure their satisfaction
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
• Manages sales orders from existing customers via email and phone
• Corresponds regularly with customers
• Works with account managers to comply with customer requests and to solve customer problems
• Works with all internal teams to successfully deliver international documentation for all orders
• Maintains positive relationships with customers and internal teams
• Collaborates across departments including sales, logistics and purchasing
• Prepares various reports and correspondence as required
• Contributes to team success by meeting individual goals and supporting team objectives
• Performs other duties as required
