UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator in the Miami/GA area to process and track inbound and outbound purchases within the International Purchasing Department.

You will work with buyers, mills, and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and exceptional service, with occasional direct customer contact to resolve issues and drive opportunities. The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or equivalent, 2+ years in supply chain or procurement, strong Excel/Word/Outlook

Competenze

• Minimum Associate's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication, exceptional organizational skills.

Mansioni

• PO creation and processing of documentation and payables.
• Assist buyers in tracking and tracing of orders.
• Maintain frequent communication with suppliers to ensure efficiencies.
• Assist in developing reports and compiling market information for trades.
• Assist in processing reports, documents, and purchases in a timely manner.
• Assist in cost/rate retrieval for international freight lanes.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver international documentation for orders.
• Support special projects and team objectives.
