Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of international logistics, import/export, or freight coordination experience.
• Experience with DGD documentation and compliance.
• Experience with FDA requirements for imported shipments.
• Working knowledge of import documentation and customs clearance.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international ocean and air shipments from origin through final delivery.
• Manage incoming inventory and coordinate receipt with warehouse partners.
• Prepare and review commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and DGD documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
• Track shipments, identify delays, and follow through on issues until resolved.
• Coordinate delivery appointments and confirm receipt.
• Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records.
• Support customs and FDA import compliance.
• Provide shipment status updates to internal teams and leadership.
• Help improve logistics processes and procedures.
