Job summary

AppleOne is seeking an experienced International Logistics Coordinator in Mercer County, NJ to manage international shipments from origin through final delivery. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with import/export rules.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in international logistics, knowledge of FDA import requirements, and experience with duties like Dangerous Goods declarations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of international logistics, import/export, freight forwarding, or logistics coordination experience.
• Experience with customs clearance procedures and import documentation.
• Knowledge of FDA import requirements.
• Experience handling Dangerous Goods Declaration documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments from origin through final delivery, including ocean and air freight.
• Work with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and warehouse teams to support timely delivery.
• Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and Dangerous Goods Declaration paperwork.
• Track shipment status, resolve delays, communicate updates, and maintain accurate logistics records.
• Support customs clearance, FDA import compliance, inventory receipts, and outbound delivery coordination.
