Qualifications

• Experience coordinating shipments for import/export with attention to compliance and timelines.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly with partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international import and export shipments from initiation through completion.
• Manage day-to-day import and export activities to ensure accurate processing.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, freight partners and other parties in cargo movement.
• Monitor shipments and proactively address delays or documentation issues.
• Support efficient cargo processing with high accuracy.
