Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Anaheim, CA is seeking an International Customer Support Coordinator to support domestic and international customers, distributors, and sales teams. This role focuses on customer service and export coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing/logistics environment.

You will handle inquiries, coordinate shipments, and work with logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery and EAR/INCOTERMS 2020 compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; minimum 3 years related experience in customer service, logistics coordination, and managing complex shipments.
• Proficient in export procedures and documentation with knowledge of EAR and INCOTERMS 2020.
• Experience with freight forwarding, customs brokers, distributors, or sales representatives, preferably in manufacturing.
• Fluent in English with Spanish preferred; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone/email, handling inquiries, quotes, orders, and shipment tracking.
• Process and coordinate shipments with the shipping team and third-party logistics providers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, process returns, and monitor order status.
• Assist sales with order updates, inventory reports, and marketing support for trade shows.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure EAR compliance and INCOTERM 2020 adherence.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
