Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced Export Coordinator to manage international freight shipments across air and ocean modes, owning the shipment lifecycle from booking to final delivery.

Candidates will have freight forwarding experience, export documentation knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with carriers, brokers, and overseas partners in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of freight forwarding or international logistics experience.
• Experience with air and/or ocean export from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and procedures.
• Ability to coordinate with carriers, brokers, warehouses, and partners.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international export shipments across air and ocean freight from origin to final destination.
• Manage bookings and delivery to meet customer requirements.
• Arrange transport, carrier bookings, and routing to optimize cost and time.
• Coordinate with airlines, ocean carriers, warehouses, brokers, and agents.
• Monitor progress and address delays or issues proactively.
• Provide timely updates and resolve operational problems.
