Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or logistics coordination.
• Experience handling daily shipment coordination and shipping documentation.
• Ability to resolve service exceptions independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding import/export and trucking operations.
• Coordinate import/export shipments and domestic/drayage trucking.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, customs brokers, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
• Track shipments and resolve service exceptions and documentation issues.
• Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation, including ISF, Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, and related documents.
• Prepare quotations for import/export freight forwarding and trucking services.
