Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in export documentation, freight forwarding or international logistics operations.
• Familiarity with ocean freight workflows and Incoterms (CI, DP, TT, LC).
• Experience with CieTrade.

Responsibilities

• Create and complete Sales Orders in CieTrade from customer indents and contracts, verifying order details.
• Apply order-type specific requirements for DP, TT and LC customers, including India-specific fields and LC pre-confirmation steps.
• Confirm submission acknowledgements and maintain accurate email filing in the BL Instructions folder.
• Review draft Bills of Landing against the Final SI, LC and contract and request carrier corrections before BL is released.
• Coordinate across Logistics, Sales and International office teams.
