Anplify Services in New Delhi / Bengaluru seeks a Business Development Associate for International Sales to drive new business across North America, Europe, Middle East and Australia. You will design go-to-market strategies and lead conversations with Investment Banks, Private Equity Funds and Research Firms.

The ideal candidate has an MBA in Marketing, 4–7 years of B2B sales experience, and proven CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot).

Competenze

• MBA in Marketing is required.
• 4–7 years of B2B sales experience with international exposure.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Experience in IT/KPO/BPO sales to North America geography is desirable.

• Developing a Business Development strategy to identify and target prospects across services.
