Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in communications or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in drafting internal announcements, newsletters, and intranet content.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments.
• Understanding of employee engagement strategies.
• Experience using internal communication platforms such as SharePoint, Slack, and Yammer.

• Gather information to support the drafting, distribution, and measurement of tactics.
• Manage communication timelines and editorial calendars for timely execution.
• Support project planning by reviewing timelines and using content management systems and tracking tools.
• Contribute to change communications and employee engagement initiatives.
