Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks an Internal Communication Specialist to develop, deliver, and measure internal communications that align with business goals and engage employees in Pensacola. The role focuses on intranet, email, and digital signage content across multiple channels.

You will manage editorial calendars, support strategic initiatives, and ensure messaging is timely and impactful through collaboration with various teams. Hybrid work with onsite three days weekly, hours 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create, deliver, and measure internal communications that engage employees.
• Support strategic initiatives by contributing to content development and linking employees to company goals.
• Draft and deliver content across intranet, email, and digital signage.
• Manage timelines and editorial calendars for timely deliverables.
• Assist in developing communication strategies for initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for campaigns and internal events.
• Collect and analyze feedback and metrics to inform strategy.
• Translate complex business challenges into audience-focused messaging.
