Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking a Communication Specialist to craft and manage internal communications that align with business priorities and engage employees. You will partner with Enterprise Communications, IAS Marketing, and operating leaders to deliver high-quality content across email, intranet, town halls, webinars, and events.

You’ll write, edit, and finalize communications, develop surveys, analyze results, and support cross-functional initiatives that reinforce brand and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 5+ years in communications, marketing, PR, or related fields.
• Experience supporting organizational change initiatives through communications; change management cert preferred.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, social media, SEO, content marketing, or related digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel internal communication plans to advance organizational priorities.
• Write, edit, and proof communications for executives, newsletters, intranet, emails, and events.
• Coordinate surveys, analyze insights, and report on engagement and outcomes.
• Support regional and cross-functional communications with timely, accurate messaging.
• Plan and execute webinars, town halls, and virtual or in-person events; manage timelines.
• Collaborate with IAS Marketing, Enterprise Communications, and leaders to align messages.
