Job summary

The Baldwin Group in Tampa, FL is seeking a Communications Specialist to partner with IAS Communications, IAS Marketing, and operating groups to shape internal and external messaging that drives engagement and aligns with business objectives.

You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, develop content, coordinate multi-channel campaigns, and measure impact using surveys and analytics, while ensuring messages reflect the firm's brand and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field.
• Experience supporting organizational change initiatives through communications.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, social media, SEO, content marketing, or related digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with IAS Communications, IAS Marketing, and operating groups to develop internal comms strategies.
• Writes, edits, and proofs communications for executive audiences, town halls, intranet content, and campaigns.
• Manages multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional partners.
• Plans and executes multi-channel campaigns and measures impact with surveys and analytics.
• Supports communications plans that reinforce brand, culture, and colleague experience.
