Job summary

You will translate business priorities into engaging content, tell impactful company stories, and ensure consistent brand voice across channels.

You will lead internal channels, collaborate with design teams, and partner with leaders on enterprise change initiatives. Strong writing, strategic thinking and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, employee communications or related field.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for varied audiences.
• Experience in employee communications and organizational change.
• Strong editorial judgment for sensitive topics and confidential information.
• Experience with internal communications, employee engagement or digital publishing platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills across teams.
• Knowledge of AI tools for content development and ideation with brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write and edit clear communications for employees and external audiences across channels and formats.
• Translate priorities into clear, actionable communications.
• Tell employee, customer, and community stories to bring Sunstate's brand to life.
• Maintain Sunstate's voice across messages and adapt tone per channel.
• Review and refine communications for clarity and editorial quality.
• Develop social and digital content with design team for execution.
• Partner with leadership to support enterprise initiatives and change communications.
• Own and manage internal channels like intranet and Sunstate Connect app.
• Lead content strategy and governance for internal channels; improve reach and access.
• Use analytics and feedback to improve content and channel strategy.
