Full Sail University seeks an Internal Communications Specialist to lead staff communications across Full Sail One, email, and Slack. You’ll craft stories, support employer branding, and empower faculty and staff through advocacy content.

You’ll partner with Marketing to ensure consistent voice and timely messaging across channels. The role requires strong writing/editing, relationship-building, and attention to detail; experience with Eloqua, Outlook, and Monday.com is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, English, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional writing, copywriting, editing, or communications experience.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, write, edit, and publish content for internal channels (Full Sail One, email, Slack, text messaging).
• Support employer brand on Glassdoor and Indeed; monitor reviews and share insights with leadership.
• Develop employee advocacy on LinkedIn and other platforms; create toolkits and guidance.
• Bridge internal and external communications with Marketing; align branding and storytelling.
• Curate and distribute the On the Radar weekly employee email newsletter.
• Draft and deliver employee emails and priority communications using Eloqua/Outlook.
• Maintain SCD email inbox; triage inquiries and route requests to teams.
• Collaborate on communications plans for programs like New Employee Orientation and leadership trainings.
• Maintain internal communications calendar; track deliverables in Monday.com.
• Attend events to capture content; manage production requests for graphics.
• Analyze engagement data with Data & Reporting Analyst; propose data-informed improvements.
• Research best practices in internal communications and project management.
