Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-5 years in communications, corporate affairs, or operations with storytelling focus.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for multiple formats and channels.
• Social-first, creative thinker able to adapt messages for digital/social platforms.
• Highly organized and entrepreneurial self-starter who manages multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of Town Halls and all-hands meetings for Operations employees across North America.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and cross-site events.
• Develop internal communications plans to keep employees informed and aligned with strategies.
• Create content for internal channels: newsletters, intranet, digital signage, videos.
• Partner with leadership to generate proactive content showcasing innovation and operational excellence.
