SJE is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to support internal communications across all divisions and locations. Based in Birmingham, AL, Detroit Lakes, MN, or Ashland, OH, you will craft clear, timely messages that reflect SJE's goals and culture.

You will lead content creation, channel management, and brand voice consistency, collaborating with HR, Operations, and leadership to inform and engage employees. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years in communications are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
• 5+ years in communications, employer branding, PR, or recruitment marketing.
• Ability to translate complex information for broad employee audiences.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned with company goals.
• Create content for announcements, intranet, videos, scripts, and leadership messages.
• Maintain a consistent tone and brand voice across channels.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Marketing and leaders to ensure timely, accurate messaging.
• Support communication needs for major initiatives including culture programs and organizational changes.
• Coordinate with external vendors to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Manage internal communication platforms and monitor effectiveness.
