Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC seeks a Communications Specialist to strengthen internal communications, telling RSI’s story from the inside out. You’ll develop engaging content from employees and project teams, manage an internal newsletter, and create photos, video, and basic graphics.

You’ll support corporate communications, events, and community outreach, working independently to move ideas from concept to completion while meeting deadlines and maintaining RSI’s brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing, creative, and self-motivated with ability to tell stories.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engaging employee communications that connect RSI’s people and projects.
• Lead the internal employee newsletter and coordinate design and distribution.
• Identify story opportunities, interview employees, and produce spotlights and updates.
• Capture photographs and videos to support communications and events.
• Create basic graphics and layouts consistent with RSI’s brand.
• Support external communications, marketing, and social media as needed.
• Assist with community outreach events and corporate initiatives.
